Not all airline food is created equal. A recent nutrition survey reveals that some airplane meals are significantly healthier than others.

Each year, dietician Charles Platkin rounds up nutritional information about foods served to economy class passengers on domestic flights. He rates each airline’s food on a five-star scale, with five being the healthiest.
