Allentown Morning Call: Some eating tips before Super Bowl 47

I don’t mean to spill water in your melted cheese, but should you should think twice this weekend before sinking your hands into that Super Bowl of Nachos.

Lick that buffalo-wing sauce off your fingertips if you like, but at least be aware of what you’re eating. Calories run rampant during commercials, before key plays and throughout the game, especially if you’re eating blindly in front of the television.
