Snacks during the Super Bowl are as much a part of the game as the commercials, but some of our favorite snacks can pack on the pounds.

Charles Platkin, Ph.D., from the City University of New York School of Public Health at Hunter College, recently released a list of Super Bowl favorites on . Platkin’s list includes information on Super Bowl related exercises that equal the calories eaten in our favorite snacks for the big game. Platkin also includes healthier alternatives to the snacks.
