We charge $69.95 per month, and all clients are automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel any time after the first month. The program you're signing up for includes all of the following:

The Diet Detective Billing and Cancellation Policy
When you sign up for the Diet Detective Weight Loss Program, your credit card will be charged a monthly non-refundable fee of $69.95 each and every month. All accounts are automatically renewed and Clients are responsible for automatic renewal of monthly charges until they notify DietDetective.com of cancellation. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT RETROACTIVE. ALL FIRST SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR THE FIRST $69.95. Clients are financially responsible for payments until notice of cancellation is received by DietDetective.com/ Integrated Wellness Solutions Corp. If your credit card is made unavailable to the Diet Detective/Integrated Wellness Solutions (declined, cancelled, or otherwise), you are responsible for providing the Diet Detective/Integrated Wellness Solutions with a new credit card within 10 days of your Billing Date.

DietDetective.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this program should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond DietDetective.com's control corrupt the administration, security or proper function of this program.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend DietDetective.com, and its affiliates, agents, and content providers, against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, consequential damages, incidental damages, special damages, attorneys fees and disbursements) arising from or relating to your use of the DietDetective.com site. TheDietDetective.com and the creators, producers, and distributors of the program disclaim any liability in connection with the advice or products advertised on this site.

Termination: DietDetective.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your TheDietDetective.com membership without prior notice, but DietDetective.com will attempt to confirm such termination or suspension by subsequent notice.

Miscellaneous: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any dispute concerning this Agreement, or any matter related in any manner to this Agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware. This Agreement, together with any additional online documents specifically referred to herein, is the entire Agreement between you and DietDetective.com and supersedes any other communications or advertising with respect to the Detective.com site. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
