The Diet Detective/Integrated Wellness Solutions Corp. Billing and Cancellation Policy
When you sign up for the Diet Detective Weight Loss Program, your credit card will be charged an annual non-refundable fee of $49.95 for the entire year. After the first year, all accounts are automatically renewed and Clients are responsible for automatic renewal of yearly charges until they notify DietDetective.com of cancellation. If your credit card is made unavailable to the Diet Detective/Integrated Wellness Solutions (declined, cancelled, or otherwise), you are responsible for providing the Diet Detective/Integrated Wellness Solutions with a new credit card within 10 days of your Billing Date.

Technical: DietDetective.com assumes no responsibility for computer systems, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature or for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, postage-due, incomplete or misdirected information. Clients must provide a valid email address. DietDetective.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this program should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond DietDetective.com's control corrupt the administration, security or proper function of this program.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend DietDetective.com, and its affiliates, agents, and content providers, against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, consequential damages, incidental damages, special damages, attorneys fees and disbursements) arising from or relating to your use of the DietDetective.com site.
