Is it as easy as watching your posture? Uh, no.
One of the tabs recently ran a story detailing the secret to getting star-inspired body parts—Cameron’s legs, Beyonce’s booty, and Fergie’s abs. (Okay, so Katie Holmes’ arms were in the mix too. But I have to say I’ve never once looked at Katie Holmes and thought, “Wow. Great arms.”)
According to the story, getting Fergie’s six-pack is a snap—the expert recommends sitting up straight, sucking in, eating less, and an undisclosed number of reverse crunches.
You know who should read that story? Fergie. Poor girl has been busting her butt to get that body—she spends an hour on the treadmill at the gym, walking at a 15% incline, followed by zillions of crunches, push-ups, and lifting. Meanwhile, all she really had to do was sit up straight…right? |
