FitTip: How to Do a Two-in-One Walking Workout at Lunchtime Why taking a stroll can help you recover from a heart ailment.

If you're trying to fit in a solid workout during the limited parameters of your lunch hour, make your next midday walk around the block a true power walk by combining it with a few upper-body moves. Begin by walking three minutes at a relatively slow pace; then speed up to a moderate pace. While walking, do exercises-without weights-such as arm curls, triceps kickbacks, lateral raises, shoulder presses and punches for one minute each. Then walk at top speed for another minute before returning to a slow pace for one final minute.
