Take a Seat and Work Your Butt Off Print E-mail

Now you have no excuse to just sit there. Here's a great move for toning your thighs and butt, that can be done at your gym, home or office. All you need is a sturdy chair or bench. Here's how to do it: Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, about hip-width apart. Cross your arms over your chest, lean forward slightly, and then stand up slowly. Make sure your knees don't go past your toes. Take three or four counts to rise out of the chair. Then carefully lower yourself back down into the chair, taking three or four counts until your butt touches the chair. Do two sets of eight repetitions.
