Learn how you could be secretly holding yourself back from the body you've always wanted. Ever wonder why you outperform on certain days of exercising and end up out of breath on others? It may not be your body's fault. Dietary changes, irregular sleeping patterns and a culmination of day-to-day stress can all play a part in affecting your exercise performance. Tracking all the things that are secretly infiltrating your life during the day may explain why some workouts are better than others. Making yourself aware of your bad habits on a daily basis may help you prevent these factors from happening in the future. Give yourself one point for answering "yes" to each question and write the total (a maximum of 8) alongside your exercise results for the day. Take this test every day, even on your rest days. Has your day been relatively stress-free? Trackback(0)
