Three ways to indulge in the flavor without all the fat.If you're trying to lose weight but find that chocolate is the one treat you simply can't resist, have some-but just enough to satisfy your craving. How can you indulge in the flavor you crave without going overboard?
Enjoy a serving (that's ¼ of the pint, by the way) of fat-free chocolate sorbet. Haagen-Dazs and Ben & Jerry's are especially rich and smooth. Use a vegetable peeler on the narrow edge of a bar of dark chocolate to create a few curls to garnish fat-free pudding or low-fat cheesecake. Sprinkle cocoa powder over a low-fat latte or cappuccino for the full flavor effect without the calories and fat (and guilt) of a chocolate bar. Trackback(0)
