How to Have Your Chocolate and Eat It, Too Three ways to indulge in the flavor without all the fat.

If you're trying to lose weight but find that chocolate is the one treat you simply can't resist, have some-but just enough to satisfy your craving. How can you indulge in the flavor you crave without going overboard?

Enjoy a serving (that's ¼ of the pint, by the way) of fat-free chocolate sorbet.

Haagen-Dazs and Ben & Jerry's are especially rich and smooth.

Use a vegetable peeler on the narrow edge of a bar of dark chocolate to create a few curls to garnish fat-free pudding or low-fat cheesecake.

Sprinkle cocoa powder over a low-fat latte or cappuccino for the full flavor effect without the calories and fat (and guilt) of a chocolate bar.
