Drink up with these great low-calorie and no calorie drink substitutions.

These drinks are good for you and low in calories! So enjoy all you want!

Water: Water is always best. It's calorie and COST free! Add a twist of citrus fruit such as lemon, lime or orange for a hint of flavor.

Club Soda or Seltzer: Go clubbin' sometime for a change of pace. If you like a little fizz in your beverages, club soda or seltzers make good runners up to water. Flavor with some citrus fruit, a splash of juice or look for calorie free flavored varieties.

Diet Soft Drinks: If you love the taste of pop, ice tea or lemonade, but hate the calories, diet beverages are the way to go.

Homemade Ice Tea: It's tea time! Consider brewing your own ice tea. Experiment with black, green and even herbal teas. Sweeten with artificial sweetener or enjoy the taste without sweetener.

Diluted Juices: If you want the juice, but not the calories, try diluting your juice with a little water. Try 6 oz of juice mixed with 2 oz of water and save 30 calories.
