Build the bond with your significant other on a bicycle for two.

Couples who play together, stay together. It may sound trite, but it's true. Cycling with your significant other can be a wonderful way to help build the bond between you. Yet if you're on separate bikes, one of you is bound to be a little faster or a little stronger, creating the inevitable game of wait-and-catch-up, which can leave both of you feeling a little frustrated. A great way to get your paces in synch is to try cycling on a tandem bike. Usually the stronger cyclist sits in the front seat to steer and control the bike, but both riders share the work. And working together fosters teamwork, which is at the core of all happy relationships.
