How to take to the hills for thrills.
Are you a hard core road racer who's never ventured off the beaten path
with your bike because you live in the big city and a good trail is
hard to find? Or do you live in the mountains and have always found the
specter of mountain biking to be too intimidating? Whatever your
hesitation, if you're a first-time mountain cyclist, here are some
insider tips to get you on the trail.

Start on terrain on which you feel comfortable and learn how to mount and dismount quickly on a dirt trail before you attempt rockier paths. Trackback(0)
