Here's how to make the perfect boiled egg!!

1) Leave raw eggs at room temperature for 20 minutes or insert a pin-sized
hole into the larger side of the egg to prevent cracking while
boiling. (Add a pinch of salt or a tablespoon of vinegar to water to
prevent white from leaking out.)

2) Add enough cold water to pan to completely cover eggs.

3) Bring water to a simmer not a rolling boil, which may cause eggshells to
crack.

4) Once water begins to simmer, immediately begin timing
- Soft boiled eggs: 3 minutes
- Medium boiled eggs: 4minutes
- Hard boiled eggs: 7-10 minutes

5) Immediately remove eggs from hot water.

6) Rinse eggs under cool water to halt cooking and to prevent formation of
grayish greenish yolk. Crack shell and serve or prepare for dying.
