Paul Chek is a well known, highly respected pioneer in the field of Holistic Health with over 23 years of clinical experience and intense personal study. Also check out www.paulchek.com and www.chekinstitute.com – his websites – they’re very interesting and you can get a feel for Paul. Additionally, you can see him on YouTube; just put his name in to google and search for his videos – here is an example.  

The Health Bonus: Paul Check has a great core exercise program, and you’ll learn about his unique perspective on health and wellness.

What We Liked Best: His exercises and take on fitness.

What We Liked Least: Nutrition advice is a bit extreme.

What It Replaces: Not too many books like his.
