So, you want to lose weight?  Where do you start?  Sometimes it seems so overwhelming.  My personal path to weight loss started in my mind.  First I decided to decide to be a more healthy person.  Then I took it into thephysical realm and decided to stop buttering my cheesecake.  Once my mindand body lined up, things really started cookin'.  Next I got my spirit involved. Yes, for me it was very holistic.  Everything having to do with everything.

If there is only one thing you can do right now, be present in your truth. Love your life.  It's the only one you've got right now.  If there's anyone you despise, forgive them.  Anyone you hate, put yourself in their shoes.  Tell yourself, "They, like me,  are doing the best they could.  They, like me, want to be happy."  Appreciate what you  have now. Stop looking towards future numbers on a scale, future lovers, future things to bring you happiness. And stop looking in the past remembering how good it was, "back then". .  You right now will be your "back then" when looking upon it in a few years.  So appreciate your moment.

I know, I've been there.  "If only I could reach my goal weight, then everything would be so much better!" Don't fall into that trap. All that does is block your energy to be in the present moment.  Everything you need is right there before you, you just couldn't see it because you're looking somewhere else.

I congratulate you on your rejuvenated health and outlook.  And, much like the last episode of The Sopranos, there is no end.  You are embarking on a lifelong, fabulous journey.  Your main objective is health and happiness.  Stay focused.  Enjoy your life.
