Barbecues, sun, water and fun. Summer is here, and it's
time for a cocktail. Many of our favorite summer drinks are not
necessarily healthy. Keep in mind that alcoholic drinks are like liquid
doughnuts - and most people overlook their calorie cost. Alcohol also
impairs good judgment - which means that you eat and drink more than
you normally would. To top it off, most people enjoy eating
high-calorie, high-sodium snacks when they drink alcohol - not a great
