In a recent interview, Carrie Underwood admitted, Ice cream is my friend. If anybody sees me eating a sundae and I look unhappy, something bad has happened. I am drowning my sorrows in fudge and caramel and whipped cream.”

Honestly, it’s kind of refreshing to hear about a celebrity who gives in to the bummer binge. Most of them are more than happy to use their breakups as a solid excuse to cease all caloric intake—y'know, they were so heartbroken they just couldn’t eat.

Not that emotional eating is a good thing, but it’s nice to know that not everyone in Hollywood has superhuman willpower. How about you—does stress kill your appetite or make you run for the Ben ‘n Jerry’s? Personally, nothing cheers me up like mashies and gravy. Yum.

I'm not much of an ice cream person, but I find crunchy things help me when I'm down. Pita Chips, Sunflower Seeds, Crispy Cookie... I know an apple or baby carrots would be better, but hey when you are down sometimes the little things help.
