The Why: There is so much that we liked about these crackers. They’re very crunchy and tasty (although some of our taste-testers were not as blown away as others). Plus, these nutty flavor treats are wheat-free, gluten-free and organic. Each cracker has only 8 calories, as compared to other crackers, which can range from10-20 calories per. The Health Bonus: It’s organic, has fiber, and flax seeds. What We Liked Best: It doesn’t have any added sugar, and they’re hearty, which means you don’t have to eat too many to be satisfied. What We Liked Least: They’re a bit dry. What It Replaces: Wheat Thins, Ritz Crackers, chips… The Price: $4.50 Other Offerings: Caraway—Black Pepper—Herb, Onion Where to Buy: www.marysgonecrackers.com Nutritional Information: (15 Crackers) 120 calories, 3.5g fat, 20g carbs, 3g fiber, 3g protein, 150ms sodium. It is interesting to know new products on the grocery shelves and also like Diet Detective's/staff's opinion of new products.
