I’m starting to wonder if this girl tries to find the weirdest weight-loss weapons out there. If you remember, she’s the one who dumps maple syrup on her diet grub when she’s craving pancakes. Her latest trick can be found in your kitchen—probably right next to the maple syrup, if we share the same cabinet configuration—but it’s a little less tasty. Fergie admits she does a shot of apple cider vinegar before every meal, at her trainer’s suggestion: “For some reason I’ve noticed a difference on my stomach…I’m all about sharing secrets.” Could it work? Maybe. A few years ago, a study found that white vinegar helped people feel fuller. But that was a teensy lil’ study, so the real benefits are still up in the air. Still, if you’re feeling adventurous, it can’t hurt to try—especially since ACV can help lower glucose levels, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Trackback(0)

I think I'll stick to less gross ways to lower glucose levels, blood pressure, and cholestorol...
