HEALTHY Recipe for the Chris Freytag Personal Fitness blender

Crazy for Coffee
Fill to frozen line with:

A few ice cubes 
1 container vanilla yogurt
1 scoop choc protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Dash of sugar free hazelnut flavor syrup

Add brewed coffee to liquid line and blend
 

Peanut Butter & Jelly
Fill to frozen line with:

Frozen Strawberries (a few ice cubes optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Add Skim milk or soy milk to liquid line and blend

Peanut Butter & Jelly
Fill to frozen line:

Frozen Strawberries (a few ice cubes optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Add Skim milk or soy milk to liquid line and blend
 
Power Breakfast Fast
Fill to frozen line:

Frozen strawberries, ½ banana, (a few ice cubes optional)
1 container vanilla yogurt
¼ cup bran cereal

Add Orange juice to liquid line and blend
