Everyone, meet quinoa.  It originated in the Andean region of South America and has been around for about 6,000 years.  The Incas referred to quinoa as the ³mother of all grains².This is my absolute favorite kind of pasta and I eat it all the time.  It is the only grain that is a complete protein. Unlike wheat or rice, quinoa contains a balanced set of essential amino
acids for humans, making it a complete super food.  It is a good source of dietary fiber and phosphorus and is high in magnesium and iron. Quinoa is gluten free and is very easy to digest.I buy the Ancient Harvest brand from Whole Foods and always order the quinoa salad from M Café. I would love for you all to give it a try if you haven¹t done so yet.  Don¹t be afraid of pasta, just get quinoa instead of completely depriving yourself!  Life is
too short to not eat pasta!
