Kacy's Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Lemon  

When I’m craving a meat-based meal, I turn to savory lamb chops to satisfy me without weighing me down. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 single-cut lamb chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried or fresh
  • 1 lemon wedge
DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl or platter, season lamb chops with salt and pepper, olive oil and rosemary.
2. On a stovetop grill or in a saute pan over medium heat, cook about 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
3. Top lamb with pan juices, and garnish with lemon wedge.
