Help and Search Tips

If a search returns too many items, try being more specific (i.e. for looking up information on cheese pizza try "cheese pizza" instead of "pizza"). If you are receiving no results, try broadening your search terms.

Should you receive many results, you can navigate through them by page. For example, sending "cheese pizza 2" will return you the second page of results for that search.

Nutrition Information and Exercise Equivalents

Results Format:
Food Item - Serving Size, Cal: (calories), Carb: (carbohydrates), Fat: (fat); Walk: (minutes walking) Bike: (minutes biking) Run: (minutes running)

The units of carbohydrates and fat are in grams.

All exercise equivalents for burning off the caloric intake of food are in minutes. For example, "Walk: 47" would mean it would take 47 minutes of walking to burn off the calories of the food item in question.
