Since no less than FIVE celebutots were born this weekend—welcome Harlow, Max, Sage, Luisa, and Jacob!—we’ll probably be seeing a frenzy of “baby weight” stories soon. (I’m most interested in seeing if Nicole Richie’s curves stay the course. Here’s hoping!) So it seems only fitting to talk about another newish mom and how she got back into shape. Keri Russell recently talked to Self about her postpartum weight loss, which I sort of ignored because I’ve been on Pregnant Hollywood Overload. Seriously,
Anyway. Keri, who was in prime shape only a few months after giving birth, says: “I stayed really physical during my pregnancy. I stuck to my normal pre-pregnancy workout, minus the stomach exercises and twisting.” Her workout included an hour of Pilates every other day and daily 20-minute power walks. Good plan, because studies show that staying fit during pregnancy will help you return to your normal weight afterwards. Hear that,
