Super Bowl Treat: Black Bean and Salsa Dip Super Bowl Sunday is around the corner and you know what that means -- lots of potato chips, Doritos, and other fast food that will be sure to pack on the pounds and put a big dent in your weight loss goals. How are you going to resist?

Well, you don't need all of that junk because fast food can be healthy. With Black Bean and Salsa Dip you can score a Super Bowl touchdown with your diet while still getting great taste.

Recipe:

1 can (16 oz.) vegetarian or nonfat refried or black beans
1/2 cup salsa, thick and chunky

Mix all incredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook on high about 1 minute until hot. Stir several times during cooking.

Makes: 2 cups (about sixteen servings)
One Serving: 2 tablespoons
Calories (per serving): 24
Protein (per serving): 1 gram Fat (per serving): 0 grams
