I don't care if you're a caveman, bambi-hunting carnivore, these vegan cupcakes are the best cupcakes this side of the Mississippi!
These cupcakes are the only cupcakes that I have come upon in my 30- odd years that are awesome with or without frosting. I kid you not. They are just that good. What makes these awesome little vegan wonder recipe stand apart from, well, everything else, is the ingredients used to replace the animal products. Instead of milk, the recipe uses soymilk, which has a thicker consistency. To replace the eggs, which dry out pretty much everything, the batter relies on mooshed bananas. In the end, what you get is this delectable little treat that is moist and tasty through and through. Two thumbs up! Trackback(0)

Hmm, well I will give you that. However, the recipe has notes that one could use wheat flower. But that doesn't help you with the rest I suppose. Well, thanks for the comment, and be sure to browse the recipes here, as I am sure you're not the only one looking for a healthier alternative!

Um, EWWWW! All that sugar, white flour, and high-carb bananas would send my blood sugar levels into a full-fledged tizzy. NO THANK YOU!
