Er, that would be Jim Halpert. Okay, fine, John Krasinski. John admits he isn’t a fan of working out—never has been—but he’s figured out a way to stay in shape without living in the gym. He told Men’s Health:
“Even when I was playing basketball and running cross-country in high school, I hated working out. I've graduated to not-so-hating-it. I work out in very small increments. Run 20 minutes a day, and 4 days a week do pushups, dumbbells, some sit-ups. I’m out of whatever gym I’m at in 35, 40 minutes. Most of the people I know who work out seriously do so because they have such an amazing outlook on life. To be who I want to be, I'm going to work out to be more positive, more active.” Proof you don’t need to spend three hours in the gym to get results. The real key is consistency—sticking with it even if it’s not your favorite hobby. (Now, seriously, let's wrap up this writer's strike so I can get my Jim Halpert fix. I'm getting the shakes.)
