INGREDIENTS Toppings: 2. Line standard muffin pan with baking cups (for best results use only foil baking cups). Set aside. In large mixing bowl combine DeepChocolate VitaMix, water and egg whites in large bowl. Mix well. 3. Scoop VitaMix into baking cups and bake for about 16 minutes.
4. In separate bowl prepare topping by combining chopped nuts and mini marshmallow pieces. This mixture will be added to tops of muffins near the end of baking.
5. Carefully remove semi baked muffins from oven and place pan on a heat safe surface. Quickly and carefully spoon marshmallow and nut topping unto muffin tops and return pan to oven. bake for an additonal 10-12 minutes or until marshmallows turn a light golden brown.
6. Allow thorough cooling. Enjoy!
Tip: Add 1 tabelspoon of imitation rum or almond flavored extract for variation.
