a vegetarian. But, that's not the only reason I'm a fan. First there's CSI. Second, there's this great little gem of a quote I found from her on YouTube (sorry, embedding is disabled):

"If everybody just tried to cut down a little bit [on their omnivorous habits], the world would be a better place." 

See, just a little. She's right and I like her a lot for her activism. 

I do realize going vegg can be a big step for many, my husband included. But how about just one day of the week? That can't be too hard, can it? Yet, it could still make a huge impact. Jorja says so.

I'll ask my husband what he thinks about a halfway route. But I'll show him the video first! :)
