FACT OR FICTION? Before you head out on that run, it's a good idea to have a sports bar to boost your energy and endurance.
FICTION: Although it's a good idea to have a snack an hour or two before exercise, a sports bar is no magic bullet. The energy boost anyone may get by eating a sports bar is unlikely to be due to any one ingredient, but rather the snack itself.
