Recipe: Mocha Crisp Print E-mail

Perk up your serotonin and your dopamine with this crunchy treat. Taken from The Feel Good Diet, written by Cheryle R. Hart, M.D.

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce 70 percent (or greater) dark chocolate
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
1 tablespoon crispy rice cereal

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt chocolate in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in coffee
crystals and rice cereal. Drop onto waxed paper. Cool in refrigerator
or freezer, and enjoy.

Makes 1 serving
