1 4-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
6 green onions, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
Small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped fine

The recipe looks fine...easy and fast. It's probably pretty too, but I am wondering about the sodium content. If it is high, as I suspect, then what could be a substitute for the stir-fry sauce?
