For a weight loss plan, which is better. Higher calories with higher fiber, or less calories for fewer grams of fiber? The food I'm thinking about is a slice of bread. One slice is 80 calories with 6grams of fiber, the other slice is 45 calories and 2 grams of fiber. Which is the most diet friendly?
And what is a podcast?
