Room Service in Jail Print E-mail

It’s not exactly eggs benedict at the Waldorf or anything, but Paris racked up quite a food bill at the prison canteen during her three-week stay. Even though she complained to Larry King about eating bologna for lunch and “jail slop” for dinner, she dropped $145.32 on jail snacks during her stay, according to a document at tmz.com. That would barely cover lunch for two at the Ivy, but it goes a loooong way in Lynwood , apparently.

Here’s a sampling of what she ordered:

Three 10-packs of chicken broth (plus foam cups)

Three 10-packs each of soy sauce and mustard

Trail mix

Five Cheerios strawberry cereal bars

Three blueberry muffins

Four banana nut muffins

She also scooped up one measly 75-cent water and some skin care products. (At $1.55 for skin cream, I’ll assume it wasn’t La Mer. Or even Kiehl’s. Or, actually, even Eucerin.) Word has it she was craving Taco Bell during her time behind bars, but when the Bell delivered some chalupas to her door—they just love giving out the freebies—she left ‘em at the gate. Maybe she still had some leftover chicken broth to finish.
