Other bad puns for this post: “Cardio Romance,” “All This Food,” “New Outside.” Yes, 80’s babies, I’m talking about Tiffany, who recently dropped 25 pounds, even though I never realized she was overweight in the first place because, well, she had her last big hit in 1988 and her last good scandal in 2002.

But thank heavens for reality TV, where any star can make a sort-of-comeback. Tiffany recently finished up a stint on Celebrity Fit Club, a show in which overweight ex-celebs complain a lot, yell at trainers, yell at dieticians, yell at each other, act delusional about their current level of fame, and storm off set during weigh-ins. Oh, and they also exercise sometimes.

Of course, Tiffany left the foot-stomping to resident jackass Dustin Diamond (who seemed to forget that he was no longer a Big Star but actually a has-been who was forced to sell t-shirts to save himself from foreclosure) and focused on actually losing weight.

On the show, Tiffany stuck to a strict diet and completed physical challenges like kayaking. The clincher is, she’s kept her good habits going since the show wrapped. She wakes up earlier so she has time to cook breakfast, and she moved her treadmill to the living room so she can get 30 minutes of cardio in each day. She also tries new activities whenever she can: skating, ballet, hiking, and (of course) Pilates. Favorite snacks are graham crackers, fruit, and nuts.

She’s lost 25 pounds and counting over the course of a couple of months, and she’s looking all slim ‘n’ healthy now. And since slow and steady wins the weight-loss race, she stands a good chance of keeping it off. Of course, that’ll limit her choice of reality shows next season.
