Will there be a "magic pill" in the next 20 years that allows us to get in shape without dieting?

52.2%  Even if they did develop it, the side effects would be devastating--I wouldn't take it.

24.4%  No. There are no miracles like that coming any time soon.

12.2%  Yes. The pharmaceutical companies are working on it right now.

11.1%  Yes. They probably already have it, but are keeping it off the market for whatever reason.

My family and I are strong believers in eating locally and organically. In the late fall, winter and early spring, we get food deliveries from a services called Door-to-Door Organics and in the late spring, summer and fall we are members of a local CSA called Asbury Village Farm.

Don’t Eat, Laugh

6  8  10  12  14.  No, these are not the winning power-ball numbers. They are not the mysterious coordinates on ABC's Lost. It definitely is not the sequential math problem you've gotten wrong on the SAT. They are the sizes in my closet.  Past, present and ever future.  Yes, I have multiple wardrobes for multiple sizes.

Q&A with Eric Cressey

Eric Cressey is the owner of Cressey Performance, a facility with locations in Hudson and Framingham, Massachusetts.  A highly sought-after coach for healthy and injured athletes alike, Eric has helped athletes at all levels - from youth sports to the professional and Olympic ranks - achieve their highest levels of performance in a variety of sports.  

Cressey received his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science through the University of Connecticut Department of Kinesiology, the #1 ranked kinesiology graduate program in the nation.  At UCONN, Eric was involved in varsity strength and conditioning and research in the human performance laboratory.  Previously, Eric graduated from the University of New England with a double major in Exercise Science and Sports and Fitness Management. He has also written the book Maximum Strength: Get Your Strongest Body in 16 Weeks with the Ultimate Weight-Training Program
