You bet. Find out which other foods are power-packed with the same healthful antioxidents found in red wine.A glass or two or red wine each day has been shown to lower risk of heart attack. But can you still get the health benefits of red wine if you don't want to drink alcohol? Absolutely. Because much of the credit actually goes to the red pigments in grape skins, which contain very powerful antioxidants, or flavonoids.
