Calorie Bargain: Kellogg's Special K Chocolatey Delight
The Why: Chocoholics Rejoice. Here's a great idea for you. For those times, late at night, when the hunger is "a pokin' at ya', pokin' at ya...'" When you wish you were thirteen again and could down a King Size Snickers without thinking twice. How about a bowl of Kellogg's Special K Chocolatey Delight instead? Grab a cup or bowl and you'll be on your way to a crunchy and chocolatey dessert that has less than half the calories of a Snickers Bar. The Health Bonus: Each 3/4 cup serving has only 120
calories when served without milk.
What We Liked Best: That's the best way to eat it --
dry. We had our taste testers try this chocolate treat many different ways, and
found that as a dry snack, served in a cup -- it nicks those chocolate
cravings. Keep in mind, this is not the perfect treat, but it does the
job. Not every one of our tasters loved it, but the majority thought it was
scrumptious. Lastly, watch how much you eat, it's a bit
addictive -- just like chips. Before you know it the whole box could be
gone--defeating the "bargain" aspect of the Calorie Bargain.
What We Liked Least: Keep in mind, this is NOT an all
natural product and it contains high fructose corn syrup, but no trans fats.
