written by Grapes and your heart?, January 14, 2008
Hi, I heard that drinking purple grape juice is GREAT for your heart, but I'm on a diet and don't need a lot of sugars that are in juice, it was suggested that it's better to just eat purple grapes than to drink the storebought grape juice.

My question is do purple grapes have the same heart benefits as grape juice?
