Usually when a celeb undergoes a “total body makeover,” it means they drop half their body weight and start looking like they’re on the fast train to rehab. But have you seen Jessica Biel lately? She’s whipped herself into shape—and though she’s slimmed down, she still looks buff enough to kick your ass in a dark alley. No wonder Cameron Diaz is jealous. Here’s her 4-step plan of action: 1. CARDIO - She does a half-mile warm-up jog followed by a round of sprints. 2. ABS - Loads of leg raises to flatten her stomach, and Russian twists with a medicine ball for her obliques. 3. OLD-SCHOOL CONDITIONING - She combines plyometrics and a weight training circuit (light weights, high reps, no resting). 4. CLEAN FOODS - No more processed foods. Here’s what did made the cut: oatmeal, berries, whole wheat toast, bananas, salad, basmati rice, and lean meats. She also eats a lot of kale, but…I think that’s taking it a little too far.
