Calorie Bargain: PhillySwirls Print E-mail

The Why: I’ve known about these great treats for years, but they weren’t available nationwide until now. The Stix are formulated just like ice cream, which improves the taste.

The Health Bonus: They’re peanut/tree nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free and gluten-free.

What We Liked Best: The Fudge Swirl Stix are my favorites. They’re a bit higher in calories, but at 57 per serving, they’re still low enough to be a Calorie Bargain.

What We Liked Least: Unfortunately, these are still a little hard to find. You can go to their website and use the locater to find a store near you.

The Price: Approximately  $10 for a box of 40
