The Why: These dressings are quite the
discovery for those who normally dump dressing onto salads thinking that they’re
making a healthful choice.
The Health Bonus: The new spray bottle lets you monitor the amount of dressing you put on. What We Liked Best: Also, this is not just their regular dressing - it’s a lower-calorie version. One tablespoon (about 20 sprays) contains 20 calories, while 1 tablespoon of regular dressing has about 35 to 40 calories. What We Liked Least: The sprays are made with High Fructose Corn Syrup. The Price: $3.49 Offerings: Balsamic Breeze Vinaigrette, Italian Vinaigrette, Red Wine Mist Vinaigrette. Website: www.wish-bone.com Where to buy: Local grocery store. Ingredients: Water, balsamic vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, salt, distilled vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, onion juice, garlic juice, xanthan gum, natural flavors, sorbic acid and calcium disodium edta (used to protect quality), wine, soybean lecithin. Contains sulfites. Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: 10 sprays Do you have a Calorie Bargain to share? Calorie Bargains are foods, drinks, products and services that help you live a healthier life. Looks like it might be a winner, but how about the sodium and what kind of fat is in the product?
