Ditch the delivery guy.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil cooking spray or Misto sprayer filled with olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 red or green pepper, sliced
1 cup cooked, drained spinach
1 cup zucchini, sliced
2 tsp oregano
1 Boboli Cheese Pizza Crust, 12 inches
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, part-skim (or substitute soy cheese)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Wash vegetables and pat dry. Mince garlic and slice vegetables.
3. Heat non-stick skillet and spray with cooking spray.
4. Add garlic, peppers, zucchini, and
oregano. Sauté on medium-heat until tender (about 3 minutes). Add
mushrooms and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
5. Place pizza crust on baking sheet and layer tomato sauce, vegetables, spinach and mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Place in oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts
