Recipe: Pasta Pleaser Print E-mail

This satisfying entrée is bound to please your tastebuds!

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS
3 cups cooked pasta, drained
6 tomatoes, chopped
3 green peppers
½ cup chopped basil
3 oz. crumbled goat cheese
1 T. olive oil
Jalapeno pepper (optional)
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine tomatoes, peppers, basil, goat cheese, olive oil and japapeno pepper.
2. Pour tomato mixture into large saucepan, add pasta and toss over medium heat until heated through.
3. Remove from heat, season to taste with pepper and serve.
