Recipe: Sesame Spinach Print E-mail

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs fresh spinach, washed and trimmed but not dried
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and suté 1-2 minutes.
2. Add wet spinach leaves and cook about 5 minutes or until wilts.
3. Remove from heat, garnish with seeds, and serve. YUM!
