Fun and fast!
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
MARINADE
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup steak sauce
½ cup white vinegar
1 T. finely chopped garlic
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. ground cumin
Pepper to taste
FIXINGS
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 T. olive oil
Rdd pepper sliced
Onion sliced
Shredded lettuce
Tomato
Salsa
6” soft flour tortilla
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine marinade ingredients and stir to mix. Place chicken in
bowl with marinade and cover. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or
overnight.
2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat; add chicken strips,
pepper and onion and cook until chicken is done (about 6-7
minutes). Place in the center of warmed tortilla shells.
3. Place lettuce, tomato and salsa in separate bowls on the table and allow each person to create their own fajita.
