Recipe: Hot and Sour Chicken Print E-mail

Instead of take-out, eat in tonight. 

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbs lime juice

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all spices except last 2 tsp garlic powder in large plastic bag. Add cubed chicken to bag, shaking until each piece is even coated with spice mixture.
2. In pan, heat oil and add chicken, sautéing until browned on both sides. Add garlic powder and lime juice. Continue to heat for another 5 minutes.
