Recipe: Herb Broiled Tuna Print E-mail

Tuna: Not just for lunches anymore. 

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
4 tuna steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
˝ tsp dried basil
4 tsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
˝ c lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan. Add basil, parsley, mustard, garlic, and lemon juice. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes then set aside.
2. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Place tuna on broiler pan. Baste each steak with marinade. Broil for 3 minutes. Turn and baste. Broil an additional 3 minutes or until tuna is medium rare, leaving a pink center.
